He like, LOVES the fish so much but when you tell him to clean the tank, he'll start with all these lame excuses.

Every time someone cleans the tank, he'll either be sleeping or using the computer. Come down, look a while, spit out a lame joke that not even God will laugh at, go up and do his own crap he does everyday upstairs.
